- How do we start?
- With an introductory call, then a written proposal with scope, team, timeline and price.
- Do you sign an NDA?
- Yes, before we receive any data or documents.
- Are you a law firm?
- No. Our in-house legal specialist supports structuring and risk assessment; licensed law firms provide formal legal opinions and representation.
- Who delivers technical consulting?
- Specialist engineering partners, coordinated by SVERA.
- Who are your partners?
- Engineering firms, licensed law firms and local advisers who join projects when their expertise is needed. SVERA coordinates their work.
- Do you work on a success fee?
- Yes, as one of our payment models. For business development and deal support we can work on a success fee — a percentage of the contracts concluded as a result of our work — alone or combined with a fixed fee. Terms are agreed in writing.
- How long do engagements last?
- From a few weeks for a defined advisory project to long-term engagements for launch projects.
